RenergyWare NEMA 4 SCADA Enclosure

RenergyWare Hardware Packages

Field-proven NEMA 4 enclosures built for the dirt. Fabricated in-house, UL listed, and bench-tested before they ever reach your site.

What ships from Charlotte

Industrial hardware, factory accepted before it leaves the bench.

Consumer-grade IT hardware does not survive a solar field. Temperatures swing 100°F, dust coats every surface, grid transients fry cheap PSUs. Every RenergyWare panel is built around a fixed bill of materials we have run for thousands of hours — and we power-up, simulate, and stress-test each one before it ships.

Components we trust on Sunday at 3am

Moxa for the network, SEL for the logic, IPC-DAS for the data, Sierra for the backhaul, Phoenix Contact for power. We do not substitute. We carry critical spares.

Pre-programmed delivery

IP schema and tag map locked

Field commissioning becomes "plug, label, verify" — not "debug from scratch." The panel arrives knowing your VLAN, your tag list, and your time source.

Bench-test certificate

Every panel has a serial & a signature

FAT report ships with the unit: power-up sequence, comm link verification, alarm exercise, time-sync drift < 50 ms over 24 h. Signed, dated, archived.

UL 508A · NEMA 4

Built to the listing, not around it

UL 508A panel listing held in-house. NEMA 4 enclosure rated for hose-down, dust ingress, and wind-driven rain. No corner-cutting on the outer shell.

  • Drop-in replacement units stocked
  • Identical fleet across portfolios
  • Cellular + satellite failover
  • Surge protection on every line
Why we build them ourselves

A fleet you can actually maintain.

Every site identical. Every spare interchangeable. Every alarm class shared.

In-house UL 508A fabrication

Every panel built in our Charlotte, NC facility under a held UL 508A listing. Wiring runs photographed, components labelled, BOM frozen against your project drawing.

Bench-tested before delivery

Power-up, comm-link exercise, alarm walk-through, and 24-hour soak before the panel leaves the shop. DOA components caught here, not on a Sunday call-out from site.

Spares + lifecycle support

Critical components stocked for same-week swap-out. EOL roadmaps tracked per OEM so your fleet stays serviceable for the full 25-year asset life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Both. Most projects bundle the panels with a full REIG SCADA / DAS / commissioning scope, but we also sell stand-alone units to EPCs and asset owners running their own integration crews. Either way the FAT report and as-built drawing ship in the box.
The base configuration is fixed — that's the point of a fleet hardware product. We do customise the I/O density, the cellular carrier, and the IP schema per site. We won't substitute the core components: we've seen what fails on a hot day in year three.
Six to ten weeks for a full Type P3 build, depending on chip-supply at the time of order. We carry stock of the most common configurations for emergency replacements.
